  • Technical Issues: If a technical error on our end prevents you from receiving the purchased report within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Inaccurate or Incomplete Reports: If you can demonstrate that a report provided by Auto Scans contained inaccurate or incomplete data that does not align with our service description and is not due to third-party data discrepancies.

 


2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Incorrect Data Submission: If inaccurate information was provided by the user during the report request process, including wrong VIN or registration numbers.
  • Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer need the report after it has been processed and delivered.
  • Third-Party Data Sources: Since our reports rely on external databases and third-party sources, we cannot be responsible for inaccuracies in data outside our control.
  • Non-Appearance of Minor Details: Auto Scans does not guarantee the inclusion of specific minor details within reports unless expressly stated in the service description.

 


3. Requesting a Refund

  • Your order number and date of purchase.
  • Reason for requesting a refund, with supporting evidence if applicable.
  • Refund requests will be reviewed within 3-5 business days, and we will contact you regarding the outcome.

 


4. Refund Process

  • If approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  • Depending on your financial institution, the refunded amount may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.
